Gluten Free Japan
About
Hello, I’m K! I’m a celiac based in Tokyo, Japan. Japan isn’t known to be the easiest country to navigate for celiacs or people looking to eat gluten-free. My goal is to share my experiences and research to help make Japan as accessible as possible for everyone.
